One of the best ways I have found to dramatically increase your lower body strength, power and balance is something I was taught by my Kung Fu San Soo instructor over 14 years ago.

They are the basic stance exercises used in Kung Fu San Soo and were originally brought to the USA by Jimmy H. Woo.

This drill shows the moves at a fairly fast speed. To increase your leg strength and power even more hold each move between 15 to 30 seconds.
